Sequana Managing Partners provided numerous assurance services and business structural change management support to the Seqwater CEO and the Board including;
- Restructure and integration of resources into a newly formed major projects group to manage the significant challenges of a large major projects portfolio.
- Chairmanship of a newly formed Major Project Steering Group which provided oversight and guidance on behalf of the CEO and Board in relation to establishing the direction and framework of project delivery services.
- Providing Assurance review of three of the Corporations high priority projects in Somerset dam upgrade, South West Pipeline & Lake Macdonald dam upgrade. Including producing quality recommendations through the ability to quickly understand the objectives and priorities.
- Assisting Seqwater in the preparation of a feasibility study for the proposed Toowoomba to Warwick pipeline project, over a very short time frame during the Christmas period.
