DEECA engaged Sequana to provide transaction advisory and project management services for the development of a mine-impacted groundwater extraction and treatment facility in Bendigo.
Sequana supported DEECA in developing the following:

•Undertook preliminary investigations and developed performance specifications for a DBOM Contract
•Successful development and implementation of market sounding and EOI processes
•Ongoing management of the RFT phases of the project
•Community and stakeholder engagement
•EPA application development
