Sequana supported Coliban Water in developing a preliminary business case (PBC) for the Rural Modernisation Project.
In August 2021, Sequana facilitated a workshop attended by representatives from Coliban Water and DEECA to discuss the Rural Modernisation Project. The workshop focused on defining the project’s problem statement for the proposed National Water Grid Preliminary Business Case (PBC).
Sequana was engaged in 2022 to develop a preliminary business case for assessing any opportunities for modernising its remaining rural channel systems. Insights and ideas from this workshop were integrated into the preliminary business case methodology. The preliminary business case was completed by the Project team on time and within budget.
