Sequana supported Coliban Water in developing a preliminary business case (PBC) for the Rural Modernisation Project.
Sequana was engaged in 2022 to develop a preliminary business case for assessing any opportunities for modernising its remaining rural channel systems. The preliminary business case was completed by the Project team on time and within budget and was the basis of securing further funding from Government to undertake a detailed business case for the modernisation of its rural water supply network.
