Sequana’s involvement in the Northern Water Supply Project (NWSP) spans multiple work packages including Infrastructure Procurement Support, Project Strategy/Governance and Economic Regulatory advice.
We collaborated with Infrastructure South Australia (ISA), advisors, and legal teams to draft transaction documents, manage data rooms, and manage the procurement transaction process. For Project Strategy/Governance, Sequana reviews budgets, refines project schedules, assesses risk management, and recommends governance improvements to ensure NWSP’s success. We offer guidance on project design and support procurement processes.
Together, these efforts support NWSP’s goal of providing a sustainable water source for new industries in the Upper Spencer Gulf and BHP’s Olympic Dam mine through a 260MLD seawater desalination plant and 600k.
