Natalie Sharp has hit the ground running, strengthening our project management office since joining the Sequana team as National Partner and Head of our Project Management Office in February.
Natalie is an experienced Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience delivering projects within the Australian water industry.
Natalie has vast experience in the development of systems, processes and procedures relating to project risk and controls for the delivery of capital programs in excess of $2b. She is highly regarded within the industry for going the extra mile to ensure positive project, organisation and commercial outcomes.
In her role, Natalie is responsible for overseeing Sequana’s rapid national growth whilst ensuring our ‘best practice’ approach to Project Management to ensure excellence in everything that we do.
